Hello Mel (if this is even actually Mel),
I first just wanted to let you know that Passion of the Christ was amazing! I thank the Lord his Holy Spirit gave you the strength and will power to make the movie amongst all of Satan's tactics trying to prevent it from happening.
I'm not really sure how I found this blog but I will tell you why I was searching for it in the first place. I'm a believer in Jesus Christ, he died for our sins, and was resurrected from the dead (I had to put that out there). Anyways my mother and I were watching your interview with Diane and saw the demons that you were struggling with just from watching that short 20 min interview. After watching the interview my mom and I discussed how satan must have really been trying to destroy you after and probably even before the passion was released. Before going to sleep I will usually read the word and pray. I felt so inclined to pray for you Mel and that's not like me to pray for a complete stranger I don't even know or haven't even met especially someone that is in the entertainment biz. Anyways I just wanted to let you know I'm praying that you will be delivered from those demons/evil spirits that have a foothold in your life! Alcoholism, resentment, anger, bitterness, hatred, etc. I pray that the Lord will renew your mind and satan will release his grip. God still wants and has a plan for your life and it is good! I will continue to pray for you as long as I feel my spirit is leading me to do so. I feel kinda crazy for typing this on some random blog and I'm not even sure if Mel Gibson will actually read this but I feel like I need to send it anyways. Well that's all I have ...I guess lol:) My name is Derrick btw I'm just a 22 year old college student.
